[A note, before the pitch]

I’m Ethan. Let me skip the sales pitch and just show you the work.

I build real AI-powered software for small businesses and busy leaders, the actual working thing, not a slide deck about it.

If someone forwarded you this page, it’s because they’ve seen what I build and wanted you to see it too. Here’s what that actually looks like, in under a minute.

01 Who I Am

I build the AI tool your business actually needs.

I run BraceYourself Solutions out of Lowell, Michigan, where I live with my wife and our young kids. When I say I’m “using AI” for you, I mean actually building it into something you can click on, not writing a report about it — because I build the tools myself, start to finish.

Most of what gets called AI consulting right now is a slide deck and a recommendation. I skip that step. I sit down, understand the real problem, and build the working tool myself, usually inside a week or two.

I also work closely with a small number of people I’ve built real, ongoing relationships with, including John Anderson at The CEO Advantage, where I help build out the AI side of his coaching practice. That kind of close, hands-on collaboration is the same thing I’d bring to your business.

02 How This Works

One real conversation.
One real problem.
One working thing.

  1. 1

We talk about the one thing that’s actually slow or annoying

A form nobody likes filling out. A report someone builds by hand every month. A question you answer the same way fifty times a week. No discovery deck, just a plain conversation about where the friction actually is.

  2. 2

I build a working version of it

Not a mockup, not a proposal. A real tool you can open and use, usually inside a week.

  3. 3

    You decide what happens next

No twelve-month engagement to sign before you’ve seen anything. You look at the real thing, and then we talk about whether it’s worth going further.

03

The Work

Not case studies. Real, working software.

I’d rather show you the actual thing than describe what I do in the abstract. Each one below is described by what it does, not by whose name is on it, until they’re okay with that.

Automation

Real, ongoing

685 tools built. Still shipping.

685 custom scripts and tools I’ve built to run my own business and client work through AI, and 331 real commits on a paid client project alone — still receiving updates the day this was captured. Real, checkable numbers, not adjectives.
